Blickle POTH Series 125mm Fixed Plate Polyurethane Castor - 350kg

The Blickle POTH 125mm fixed castor is a premium German made thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) castor designed for equipment that needs to move easily, carry heavy loads and withstand constant industrial use.

The polyurethane tread has a hardness of 94 Shore A, reducing rolling resistance under load while remaining suitable for a wide range of floor surfaces. The non-marking compound is highly resistant to wear, oils, greases and other aggressive substances, making it particularly well suited for workshops, warehouses, manufacturing facilities and other demanding industrial environments.

The tread is bonded directly to an impact resistant heavy duty nylon centre, while precision ball bearings keep movement smooth and consistent under load. Installed thread guards protect the wheel from the ingress of debris such as fabric thread or hair, extending service life.

Blickle engineers, manufactures and tests its castors in Germany under exceptionally tight production tolerances. The fixed frame provides stable directional tracking, making it well suited to applications where straight line control is required.
