Blickle PATH Series 100mm Fixed Plate Polyurethane Castor - 200kg

The Blickle PATH 100mm fixed castor is a premium German made thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) castor designed for equipment that needs to move easily, carry substantial loads and withstand constant use.

The polyurethane tread has a hardness of 94 Shore A, reducing rolling resistance under load while remaining suitable for a wide range of floor surfaces. The non-marking compound is highly resistant to wear, oils, greases and other aggressive substances, making it particularly well suited for workshops, warehouses, food production, medical facilities and other general light industrial environments.

The tread is bonded directly to an impact resistant nylon centre, while precision ball bearings keep movement smooth and consistent under load. Installed thread guards protect the wheel from the ingress of debris such as fabric thread or hair, extending service life.

Blickle engineers, manufactures and tests its castors in Germany under exceptionally tight production tolerances. The fixed frame provides stable directional tracking, making it well suited to applications where straight line control is required.

Published load capacities for the PATH series are tested in accordance with DIN EN 12532 and ISO 22883 for transport equipment castors at speeds up to 4 km/h. With a tread hardness above 90 Shore A, PATH is tested under the applicable hard tread conditions specified by these standards. The 100mm fixed PATH is best suited to applications where easy rolling, high wear resistance and long service life matter more than the softer ride or vibration absorption of elastic rubber.
