By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the policies referred to in them.

If a written quote, order confirmation, approved trading account agreement or other written agreement contains terms that differ from these Terms and Conditions, the specifically agreed written terms will apply to the extent of the difference.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

4. Product information

We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, specifications, availability and other information accurate and current.

Manufacturers and suppliers may update products. Colours may also appear differently between screens and physical materials. Any variation remains subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the right to receive goods that match their description and are fit for any purpose made known to us before purchase.

You are responsible for checking that the product and selected variant are suitable for your intended use. Please contact us before ordering if you need advice about capacity, dimensions, mounting, materials, environment, compatibility, assembly or installation.

5. Quotes and orders

A quote is valid for the period stated on the quote. If no period is stated, please confirm pricing and availability before accepting it.

An order placed through the website is an offer to purchase the selected goods. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfilment because of stock unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, an inability to deliver to the nominated address, or a failure to meet payment requirements.

If we cannot accept or fulfil an order after payment has been received, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund unless you agree to another arrangement.

6. Pricing

Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax.

Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. If an obvious pricing or stock error affects an order, we will contact you and give you the choice to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected order for a refund.

7. Payment

Payment methods depend on the type of sale. Online orders may use the payment options made available at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Shop Pay. Bank transfer may also be available where arranged with us.

Our detailed payment arrangements are set out in our Payment Policy.

Approved trading account customers must pay by EFT or direct bank transfer. Card payments are not accepted for trading account invoices or outstanding account balances.

Trading account invoices are payable according to the approved month end terms shown on the invoice, statement or account approval. Goods may be withheld if an account is overdue, subject to any applicable law and any written account agreement.

8. Availability and delays

Stock information can change because of sales, inventory corrections, supplier availability, assembly requirements or product changes.

If a material delay or stock issue affects your order, we will contact you to discuss the available options. These may include waiting for stock, selecting an alternative product or cancelling the affected item for a refund.

9. Delivery and collection

Delivery and collection arrangements are set out in our Delivery and Collection Policy.

Delivery estimates are guides unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed time in writing. We remain responsible for providing any remedy required by law if goods are not supplied within an agreed time or a reasonable time.

10. Returns, refunds and warranties

Our change of mind policy, warranty against defects and Australian Consumer Law claim process are set out in our Returns, Refunds and Warranty Policy.

Conditions applying to change of mind returns do not limit rights relating to faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied or incorrectly described goods.

11. Assembly, installation and use

Some products may be supplied partly assembled. Products must be assembled, installed, maintained and used correctly, with suitable tools and equipment and in accordance with any instructions, ratings and safety requirements.

We are not responsible for a problem caused by misuse, overloading, incorrect selection, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, neglect or failure to follow supplied instructions. This does not exclude any responsibility that applies where our goods, services, advice or instructions fail to comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Ownership and risk

Ownership of goods passes after we receive full payment.

For delivered orders, risk passes when the goods are delivered to the nominated address or otherwise received by you or a person authorised by you. For collected orders, risk passes when the goods are collected by you or your authorised representative.

13. Website accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your website account credentials secure and for information submitted through your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authority.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code or use website content unlawfully.

16. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by misuse, overloading, incorrect selection, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification or reliance on information contrary to an express warning or instruction.

Nothing in this section excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

17. Privacy

Information about how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal, operational or business changes. The version applying to an order is the version in effect when that order is placed, unless another written agreement applies.

19. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
