Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Next day shipping is available for domestic orders at an additional charge.

Products purchased online or in-store can be returned to our Dandenong South location, either in person or by post.
Returns must include a copy of your original purchase invoice and be received within 30 days of purchase. Items should be in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Yes. Most split rim wheels can be serviced in-store, often the same day. We'll typically need the wheel for 20–120 minutes to ensure a proper seal, check for defects, and manage workflow during busy periods.

Required castors for a project but was clueless as to size, style, price, load capacity etc needed to do the job. From the first call they were totally professional and very patient with me and all my questions. I was sent an email with several possible options and a recommendation. They were delivered a couple of days after I placed the order. The recommended castors work like dream. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I needed larger castor wheels for two standing desks, as the wheels supplied with the desks were far too small and not suitable for the weight and maneuverability. I sent through the specifications, and Leigh and Ben were fantastic - going back and forth over email with clear explanations and helpful suggestions. I ended up purchasing the 100 mm wheels, which are a huge improvement over the original 50 mm castors (see photo). The desks now move effortlessly, which makes a big difference when accessing cabling behind the desks that sit against a wall. The experience was so good that I’m now ordering additional castors for a toolbox as well. Highly recommended!
