We take reasonable care to ensure that all information, images, and specifications are accurate and current.

However, minor variations can occur due to:

Manufacturer or supplier updates
Colour differences between screens and real-world materials
Small design or dimensional changes beyond our control

Such variations do not constitute a fault and are not grounds for return or refund, unless the change significantly affects the product's function or suitability for purpose as defined under the ACL.

5. Assembly & Installation

Some items may be supplied partially unassembled to minimise shipping costs or damage.

Please contact us before purchase if you have concerns about assembly requirements.

Failure to assemble or install a product correctly, or to use suitable tools or equipment, does not entitle you to a refund or exchange under these Terms & Conditions.

6. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise specified.

Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or stock errors before or after an order is processed.

If an error affects your order, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel or reconfirm at the corrected price.

7. Orders, Payment & Payment Terms

7.1 Order Acceptance

Orders placed through this website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

Trade account customers are subject to separate credit terms and conditions, including:

30-day payment terms from date of invoice
Credit limits as approved
Interest charges on overdue accounts

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns will be accepted in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and our published Service Policies.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed.
