Payment Policy

This policy forms part of the Dandenong Wheels & Castors Terms and Conditions. The payment methods available depend on the type of sale.

1. Over the Counter Prepaid Sales

An over the counter prepaid sale is a purchase paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept the following payment methods for these sales:

  • Cash
  • EFTPOS
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay or another supported contactless wallet
  • OSKO or another instant bank transfer

Approved trading account purchases are covered in section 5 and are not over the counter prepaid sales.

Any OSKO or other instant bank transfer must be confirmed as received by Dandenong Wheels & Castors before the goods are released.
The goods remain the property of Dandenong Wheels & Castors until all funds have been received.

2. Prearranged Sales

We accept the following payment methods for prearranged sales:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • EFT, OSKO or another bank transfer

Card payments may be made in store, online or over the phone.

Funds transferred by EFT, OSKO or another bank transfer must be confirmed as received by Dandenong Wheels & Castors before the goods are released or dispatched. The goods remain the property of Dandenong Wheels & Castors until all funds have been received, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.

3. Online Sales

Online orders may be paid using the payment options made available at checkout, including:

  • Shop Pay
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • UnionPay
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • PayPal

EFT or bank transfer may also be used where arranged with us.

These online payment options apply to online orders only. A payment option that is not offered in store cannot be used for an in store purchase.

Approved trading account payment may be available online where it has been enabled for the customer account. This option is not generally available and remains subject to the trading account terms in section 5.

4. Card Payment Fees and Pricing

Dandenong Wheels & Castors does not charge a separate surcharge for EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard payments.

5. Refund Payments

Any approved refund can only be issued to the original payment method. For a card payment, the refund must be processed back to the same card number or device payment card number used for the original transaction.

When a payment is made using Apple Pay, Google Pay or another contactless device wallet, the device payment card number may differ from the number printed on the linked physical card, even when both use the same account.

The customer will need to present the same device or physical card used for the original payment. Presenting a linked physical or digital card may not allow the refund to be processed.

5. Trading Account Payments

Card payments are not accepted for trading account invoices or outstanding account balances. This includes EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard.

Customers with an approved trading account must pay by EFT or direct bank transfer using the banking details shown on their invoice or statement.

Trading account invoices are payable according to the approved month end terms shown on the invoice, statement or account approval.

6. Payment Methods Not Accepted

The following payment methods accepted online are not accepted in store:

  • American Express
  • Diners Club

Any payment method that is not expressly listed as accepted in this policy is unavailable unless Dandenong Wheels & Castors agrees otherwise in advance.

7. Payment Summary

Over the counter prepaid sales:
Cash, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, another supported contactless wallet and OSKO or another instant bank transfer.

Prearranged sales:
Visa, Mastercard and EFT, OSKO or another bank transfer.

Online sales:
Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and EFT or bank transfer where arranged. Approved trading account payment may also be available where enabled.

Trading account invoices:
EFT or direct bank transfer only.

Not accepted in store:
American Express and Diners Club.

Other payment methods:
Any payment method that is not expressly listed as accepted in this policy is unavailable unless agreed otherwise in advance.

8. Changes to Payment Methods

Dandenong Wheels & Castors reserves the right to update or amend any payment term in this policy. A change will be shown by the Last Updated date at the top and bottom of this policy.
