Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–2 business days after receiving cleared payment.

Orders that require assembly, custom configuration, or are temporarily out of stock may take up to 5 business days or longer.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within a reasonable timeframe, we will contact you to discuss available options, including a refund if required.


2. Delivery Methods & Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable third-party carriers, including:

  • Australia Post

  • Toll

  • StarTrack

  • TNT

  • Other equivalent freight partners

Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only. Once goods are collected by the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.


3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Australia only.

International shipping may be available upon request and will be quoted separately.


4. Flat-Rate & Regional Shipping

Flat-rate shipping applies to metropolitan areas only.

Orders delivered to regional, rural, or remote locations may incur additional freight charges. Where applicable, we will contact you for approval before dispatch.


5. Bulky or Oversized Items

Some items are classified as bulky or oversized and may require:

  • Tail-lift trucks

  • Forklift access

  • Commercial delivery locations

We will contact you prior to dispatch if special delivery arrangements are required.

Failure to provide suitable access may result in delivery delays or additional charges, which will be passed on to the customer.


6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

All online orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) enabled by default.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Parcels may be left unattended at the delivery address

  • The delivery location must be safe and accessible

  • Once marked as “Delivered” or “Left at Premises”, responsibility for loss or theft passes to the customer

If the carrier determines the location is unsafe, the parcel may be redirected to a depot, post office, or collection point.

Signature on Delivery may be requested prior to dispatch.


7. Risk & Title

Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the nominated address or upon collection by the carrier.

Ownership (title) passes only after full payment has been received.


8. Carrier Delays & Investigations

If your order is delayed while in transit with a third-party carrier, you must allow up to 7 business days for an investigation to be completed.

During this period:

  • We will liaise with the carrier to locate or resolve the shipment

  • Refunds or reshipments may be paused until the carrier confirms the shipment status, unless otherwise required by law

Once the investigation is complete, we will arrange redelivery, replacement, or refund as appropriate.


9. Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout.

Additional charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address details will be passed on to the customer.
