Blickle VSTH Compact 50mm Swivel Plate Polyurethane Castor

The Blickle VSTH compact 50mm swivel plate castor is a premium German made polyurethane castor designed for equipment that needs to carry substantial loads, move with low rolling effort and keep overall height to a minimum.

The Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread has a hardness of 92 Shore A, providing very low rolling and swivel resistance with excellent abrasion, cut and tear resistance. The non-marking tread provides good floor protection while retaining the durability required for frequently moved equipment.

The tread is cast directly onto a steel wheel centre, while ball bearings keep movement smooth and consistent under load. The compact construction allows substantial capacity to be carried on a very small wheel, making it particularly well suited to server racks, furniture, equipment cabinets, display fixtures, low profile machinery and other applications where installation space is restricted or the castor needs to remain visually unobtrusive beneath the equipment.

Blickle engineers, manufactures, and tests its castors in Germany under exceptionally tight production tolerances. The top plate swivel frame uses a double ball bearing head with Blickle's dynamic riveting process to minimise play, preserve accuracy and maintain precise performance over time.

The VSTH castor series is tested in accordance with DIN EN 12530 and ISO 22881, with load capacities determined under the applicable light duty castor test conditions at speeds up to 3 km/h. Blickle's manufacturing systems are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.

The LKPA-VSTH 50K is best suited to applications where high capacity, easy movement and the lowest practical overall height are required with a secure top plate mounting.
