Blickle GTH 200mm Fixed Plate Polyurethane Castor - 1600kg

The Blickle GTH ultra heavy duty 200mm fixed castor is a premium German made polyurethane castor designed for equipment that needs to carry extreme loads, track securely in a straight line and withstand severe industrial use.

The Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread has a hardness of 92 Shore A, providing very good rolling resistance with excellent abrasion, cut and tear resistance. The non-marking and non staining tread is highly resistant to many aggressive substances, combining long service life with better floor protection and running comfort than solid nylon or metal wheels.

The Extrathane® tread is cast directly onto a rugged grey cast iron wheel centre, while ball bearings provide smooth and consistent rotation under extreme loads. An integrated grease nipple allows the wheel to be serviced, helping maintain reliable movement and extend working life in demanding industrial environments.

Blickle engineers and manufactures the fixed frame from particularly robust welded steel, providing the rigidity required for severe loads and demanding operating conditions. The fixed configuration provides stable directional tracking where controlled straight line movement is required.

Published load capacities for the GTH ultra heavy duty series are tested in accordance with DIN EN 12532 and ISO 22883 for heavy duty castors at speeds up to 4 km/h. Blickle's manufacturing systems are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.

The BS-GTH 202K is best suited to applications where extreme capacity, excellent wear resistance, floor protection and strong directional stability are required from an ultra heavy duty polyurethane castor.
