Blickle G Series 150mm Fixed Plate Cast Iron Castor - 900kg

The Blickle G series 150mm fixed castor is a premium German made cast iron castor designed for equipment that needs to carry high loads, move with minimal rolling effort and withstand demanding industrial use.

The wheel is machined from high-quality grey cast iron with a hardness of 180-220 HB, providing extremely low rolling resistance on smooth, hard floors with outstanding resistance to wear.

The machined tread and edges provide excellent concentricity, while precision ball bearings keep movement smooth and consistent. Its solid construction makes the G series particularly well suited to machinery, industrial transport equipment, production facilities and other applications where floor conditions are hard, level and capable of supporting concentrated loads. The integrated grease nipple provides a convenient point of service for ease of maintenance to prolong service life.

Blickle engineers, manufactures and tests its castors in Germany under exceptionally tight production tolerances. The fixed frame provides stable directional tracking, making it well suited to equipment where controlled straight line movement is required.
