Blickle GTH Ultra Heavy Duty 250mm Fixed Polyurethane Castor

The Blickle GTH ultra heavy duty 250mm fixed castor is a premium German made polyurethane castor designed for equipment that needs to carry extreme loads, move with low rolling effort and withstand severe industrial use.

The Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread has a hardness of 92 Shore A, providing very good rolling resistance with excellent abrasion, cut and tear resistance. The non-marking tread provides good floor protection and is highly resistant to many aggressive substances, combining long service life with better running comfort than solid nylon or metal wheels.

The Extrathane® tread is cast directly onto a cast iron wheel centre, while ball bearings provide smooth and consistent rotation under extreme loads. An integrated grease nipple allows the wheel to be serviced, helping maintain reliable movement and extend working life in demanding industrial environments.

Blickle engineers, manufactures, and tests its castors in Germany under exceptionally tight production tolerances. The ultra heavy duty fixed frame uses a particularly robust welded steel construction, providing the structural strength and rigidity required for extreme industrial loads.

The GTH ultra heavy duty castor series is tested in accordance with DIN EN 12532 and ISO 22883, with load capacities determined under the applicable transport equipment and heavy duty castor test conditions. The BS-GTH 252K is best suited to applications where extreme capacity, low rolling resistance, excellent wear resistance and improved floor protection are required in a fixed running direction.
