Blickle G Heavy Duty 150mm Swivel Plate Cast Iron Castor with Total Brake

The Blickle G heavy duty 150mm swivel plate castor with total brake is a premium German made cast iron castor designed for equipment that needs to carry high loads, move with minimal rolling effort and remain manoeuvrable under demanding industrial use.

The wheel is machined from high quality grey cast iron with a hardness of 180–220 HB, providing extremely low rolling and swivel resistance on smooth, hard floors with outstanding resistance to wear.

The machined tread and edges provide excellent concentricity, while ball bearings keep rotation smooth and consistent under load. An integrated grease nipple provides a convenient service point for lubrication and ongoing maintenance. The cast iron wheel is also electrically conductive and resistant to many aggressive substances.

Blickle engineers, manufactures, and tests its castors in Germany under exceptionally tight production tolerances. The heavy duty top plate swivel frame uses a double ball bearing swivel head, heavy fork and top plate, an extremely strong secured central kingpin and specially shaped hardened bearing seats to provide excellent resistance to shock and impact. Blickle's Stop-Fix total brake locks both wheel rotation and swivel movement when engaged, allowing equipment to be securely positioned.

The G heavy duty castor series is tested in accordance with DIN EN 12532 and ISO 22883, with load capacities determined under the applicable transport equipment and heavy duty castor test conditions. The LH-G 150K-FI is best suited to applications where high capacity, exceptionally low rolling resistance, extreme wear resistance and secure total braking are required on strong, smooth floors.
