Blickle FTH 30 x 8mm Polyurethane Guide Roller - 6mm Bore

The Blickle FTH 30 x 8mm is a premium German made polyurethane roller designed for applications that need low rolling resistance, high wear resistance and reliable guidance with better cushioning than a hard nylon roller.

The Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread has a hardness of 92 Shore A, providing low rolling resistance with very good abrasion resistance and high resistance to cuts and tear propagation. The non-marking tread also provides better noise reduction and surface protection than harder roller materials while remaining highly resistant to many aggressive substances.

The Extrathane® tread is cast directly around a sealed 626 2RS ball bearing, creating a compact construction with a strong chemical bond between the polyurethane and bearing assembly. This variant has a 6 mm axle bore and 6 mm clamping length.

FTH guide rollers are particularly well suited to gates, lifts, sliding and guidance systems, swimming pool covers, machinery and other equipment where a component needs to follow or control a defined path. The polyurethane tread makes them particularly useful where some vibration damping, reduced operating noise or additional surface protection is desirable without sacrificing precise guidance.

The FTH 30x8/6-6K has a load capacity of 25 kg for obstacle-free applications. The Extrathane® tread is suitable for operating temperatures from -20°C to +70°C, temporarily up to +90°C, with reduced load capacity above +40°C.

The FTH 30x8/6-6K is best suited to applications where low rolling resistance, excellent wear resistance, quieter operation and improved surface protection are required from a compact guide roller. Compared with the harder FPO nylon series, FTH provides a more compliant running surface while retaining the durability required for industrial guidance systems.
