Blickle VSTH Series 50mm Swivel Wheel Brake Plate Polyurethane - 150kg

The Blickle VSTH Extrathane® 50mm swivel plate castor with Radstop brake is a premium German made compact polyurethane castor designed for equipment that needs to carry substantial loads, move easily and keep overall height to an absolute minimum.

The Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread has a hardness of 92 Shore A, providing very low rolling and swivel resistance with excellent abrasion, cut and tear resistance. The non-marking compound is also resistant to many oils, greases and other aggressive substances, making VSTH suitable for sensitive flooring and demanding commercial or industrial environments.

The tread is cast directly onto a steel wheel centre, while ball bearings keep movement smooth and consistent under load. The 50mm wheel provides greater capacity than the smaller 35mm version while retaining the compact proportions that define the VSTH range, making it particularly well suited to server racks, equipment cabinets, furniture and other applications where installation space is restricted.

Blickle engineers, manufactures and tests its castors in Germany under exceptionally tight production tolerances. The top plate swivel frame uses a double ball bearing head with Blickle's dynamic riveting process to minimise play and maintain precise performance over time. The Radstop wheel brake prevents wheel rotation when engaged while retaining the compact dimensions of the castor.

Blickle tests its wheels and castors using the applicable DIN EN 12527 to 12533 castor standards. Manufacturing is carried out within Blickle's certified management systems, including DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.

The LKPA-VSTH 50K-RA is best suited to applications where higher capacity, low rolling effort, minimal overall height and wheel braking are required with a top plate mounting.
