Blickle VSTH Series 35mm Swivel Bolt Hole Polyurethane - 100kg

The Blickle VSTH Extrathane® 35mm swivel bolt hole castor is a premium German made compact polyurethane castor designed for equipment that needs to carry substantial loads, move easily and keep overall height to an absolute minimum.

The Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread has a hardness of 92 Shore A, providing very low rolling and swivel resistance with excellent abrasion, cut and tear resistance. The non-marking compound is also resistant to many oils, greases and other aggressive substances, making VSTH suitable for sensitive flooring and demanding commercial or industrial environments.

The tread is cast directly onto a steel wheel centre, while ball bearings keep movement smooth and consistent under load. Its unusually compact 35mm construction allows substantial capacity to be carried on a very small wheel, making it particularly well suited to server racks, equipment cabinets, furniture and other applications where installation space is restricted.

Blickle engineers, manufactures and tests its castors in Germany under exceptionally tight production tolerances. The bolt hole swivel frame uses a double ball bearing head with Blickle's dynamic riveting process to minimise play, preserve accuracy and maintain precise performance over time.

Blickle tests its wheels and castors using the applicable DIN EN 12527 to 12533 castor standards. Manufacturing is carried out within Blickle's certified management systems, including DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.

The LRA-VSTH 35K is best suited to applications where high capacity, low rolling effort and minimal overall height are required with a compact bolt hole mounting.
