Our mild steel powder-coated conveyor frame is engineered to meet the highest standards of durability and performance. With a width of 300mm and a length of 3000mm, this robust frame is designed to excel in various industrial applications.

• Enhanced Strength And Rigidity: The frame is reinforced with five bolted cross members, ensuring maximum strength and stability even under heavy loads.
• Versatile Roller Configuration: Equipped with pre-punched holes to accommodate our STEEL orPVCspring-loaded rollers, this conveyor frame offers flexibility in roller placement. It is recommended to have a minimum of three rollers underneath your goods at all times for safe support and stability. Depending on your specific requirements, up to 40 rollers can be effortlessly installed, providing a pitch of 75mm, while 20 rollers deliver a pitch of 150mm. Once installed, the distance from the frame's bottom surface to the top of the roller measures 90mm.
