Blickle GTH Heavy Duty 150mm Fixed Polyurethane Castor

The Blickle GTH heavy duty 150mm fixed castor is a premium German made polyurethane castor designed for equipment that needs to carry high loads, move with low rolling effort and withstand demanding industrial use.

The Blickle Extrathane® polyurethane tread has a hardness of 92 Shore A, providing very good rolling resistance with excellent abrasion, cut and tear resistance. The non-marking tread provides good floor protection and is highly resistant to many aggressive substances, making it particularly well suited to machinery, production equipment and industrial transport applications.

The Extrathane® tread is cast directly onto a cast iron wheel centre, while ball bearings keep rotation smooth and consistent under load. An integrated grease nipple provides a convenient service point for lubrication and ongoing maintenance, helping preserve reliable movement and extend service life in demanding applications.

Blickle engineers, manufactures, and tests its castors in Germany under exceptionally tight production tolerances. The heavy duty fixed frame uses strong pressed steel with a heavy fork and top plate, providing the rigidity and structural strength required for demanding industrial applications.

The GTH heavy duty castor series is tested in accordance with DIN EN 12532 and ISO 22883, with load capacities determined under the applicable transport equipment and heavy duty castor test conditions. The BH-GTH 150K is best suited to applications where high capacity, low rolling resistance, excellent wear resistance and improved floor protection are required in a fixed running direction.
