The Blickle POEV EasyRoll 125mm swivel total brake castor is a premium German made elastic rubber castor designed for equipment that needs to move quietly, absorb vibration and deliver consistent performance over extended use.

The blue elastic rubber tread has a hardness of 65 Shore A, providing low rolling resistance with excellent noise reduction, vibration damping and floor protection. The non-marking compound gives a softer, more controlled ride than harder wheel materials, making it particularly well suited for retail, warehouses, medical facilities, staging, transport equipment and other environments where quiet operation and running comfort are important.

The tread is vulcanised directly to an impact resistant nylon centre, while precision ball bearings keep movement smooth and consistent under load. Installed thread guards protect the axle and bearings from premature wear, further extending service life.

Blickle engineers, manufactures and tests its castors in Germany under exceptionally tight production tolerances. The swivel frame uses a double ball bearing head with Blickle's unique dynamic riveting process to minimise play, preserve accuracy and maintain precise performance over time. The total brake locks both wheel rotation and swivel movement when engaged.

Published load capacities for the POEV range are tested in accordance with DIN EN 12532 and ISO 22883 for transport equipment castors at speeds up to 4 km/h.
