*COVID-19 - Trading Update*

Our Dandenong South showroom & counter sales remain open for trade/essential industry customers only. We’re following government advice regarding who can shop in our store and you may be asked to provide trade credentials to gain entry.
We continue to provide you with clear safety guidelines and encourage COVID safe practices in-store. Our store is cleaned multiple times a day and hand sanitiser is readily available.
Face coverings/masks are compulsory when entering the store. Please plan ahead and keep in-store time to a minimum.
We still offer “click and collect”, phone orders, contactless pick-up and delivery for trade customers where requested.
Sales are still available to the general public via our web store and over the phone. We can deliver your order or offer contactless collection.
Our commitment to keeping both our customers and staff safe is the highest priority, and we ask for your patience where/when we are limited from normal operations.
Supply chain is coming back to normal, however some items may be affected due to manufacturing and shipping delays.
Shipping and postage times for orders are still having some delays – especially within Victoria – we have added multiple shipping options to allow for faster delivery in some cases.

As most of you are aware the Victorian Government has placed stage 4 restrictions on most business activities coming into effect from midnight on Wednesday 5th August 2020.
We are classed as an essential supplier to permitted trade industries – so we can continue to operate, but we will do so in a very different way to “normal”.
We take the safety of our staff and customers very seriously, and we are doing our best to work within the guidelines outlined by the government.
From Thursday 6th August our showroom and counter sales will be closed to all customers for walk in trade.
For all sales we will be available via phone and email during normal business hours (8.00am until 4.30pm) Monday to Friday.
Orders are to be placed over the phone, via email or through our web store.
All orders will be dispatched at set periods via couriers, post etc.
Our supply chain and some products may be affected by these restrictions, so we cannot guarantee that all items will remain available. We also advise that there may be delays to normal delivery times, and we ask for your patience in these matters.
Our operating hours may be adjusted to suit demand, so please bear with us as we try to adjust our business practices within this restricted period.

Following the new advice and rules from both Federal & State Governments, we are REMAINING OPEN for trading- with revised trading hours.
Social distancing rules apply when visiting our store, and we have put in place extra cleaning procedures for your safety. Please respect these rules as they are in place for both you and our staff.
We won’t ask you to sign delivery dockets, and encourage the use of contactless payments where possible.
If you would like to collect orders, we can arrange to have them brought to your vehicle – please call when arriving – this way you won’t have to come into the store if this is your preference. Delivery is also available for everything we sell and we encourage this where possible – we are currently experiencing some short delays with interstate delivery and postage.
From today, we are changing our trading hours to help support staff, and to keep trading for as long as possible in these financially difficult times. These will be reviewed on a weekly basis.
Open Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4:30pm
